I’m glad you have found your way to the Mount Charles School blog. I am hoping that as the year goes on we will have lots of exciting things to share with you.
As I write this Year 5 are just about ready to leave school to go to the Lost Gardens of Heligan as part of their Literacy project this term. There will be lots of other trips going on throughout the year as well as our PSA events, clubs, competitions and much much more.
It is always exciting to start a new year – maybe you could leave a comment below to tell us what you are particularly looking forward to this year. We are especially pleased to welcome our two new class teachers – Mr Symons-Chan in Y4 and Miss Furniss in Y5.
Finally for this post, if you are a young person who has helped teach an older person how to use the Internet, then you could win an award – have a look at www.btinternetrangers.co.uk and let us know what you have done.
Please come back again soon and I look forward to hearing from as many of you as possible this year through your comments. Just remember there is a slight delay before the comments show up as they have to be moderated first!
